By accessing or using the Host With Alora mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Host With Alora LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Host With Alora provides an AI-powered concierge platform that connects short-term rental guests with personalized local recommendations, trip planning tools, and property information. The Service includes a mobile application, web application, and related APIs.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@hostwithalora.com if you suspect unauthorized access

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or our AI assistant
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, responses, and content. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice
• Recommendations may not always be accurate, complete, or current
• You should independently verify important information (e.g., business hours, pricing, safety)
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees as described at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable law

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and content, is owned by Host With Alora LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Content you submit (e.g., reviews, chat messages) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., restaurants, activity providers, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Host With Alora LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
