• We do not collect or store payment card numbers (Stripe handles all payment processing)

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Chat history is retained for personalization and may be deleted upon request. Analytics data is anonymized and retained in aggregate. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
