Reach a human
The quickest way to get help is email. We read every message and aim to reply within one business day.

- Connecting your stay:open the Alora chat, tap the + next to the message box, and enter the code your host gave you (or tap their link / scan their QR).
- What Alora knows about you:your preferences are private and never shown publicly. Manage them in Settings → What Alora knows about you.
- Reporting a review or response: tap Report on any guest review, or long-press an Alora chat response, to flag it. We review flagged content within 24 hours.
- Deleting your account:Settings → Delete account. This schedules permanent deletion of your profile, preferences, trips, and reviews, and emails you a cancellation link in case you change your mind.

- Plans & billing: manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices from your web dashboard. Email us if anything looks off.
